Multiple premium, quality breeds. One ranch. A whole lot of heart, hard work, love and dedication.

Highland CattleCattle

Highland Cattle

One of the oldest registered breeds in the world, Highland cattle are instantly recognizable by their long, flowing coats and sweeping horns. Originally from the Scottish Highlands, they are remarkably hardy and thrive in all weather conditions. At Hope Springs Ranch, our Highlands are gentle giants — curious, calm, and a favorite with every visitor.  Also available for weddings or special events.

  • Hardy & cold-tolerant
  • Gentle temperament
  • Long flowing coat
  • Distinctive curved horns
Angus Cross CattleCattle

Angus Cross Cattle

Our Angus cross cattle combine the legendary muscle and marbling of the Aberdeen Angus with the hybrid vigor of carefully selected crosses. Raised on open Oklahoma pasture, these cattle are known for their efficient feed conversion, docile nature, and exceptional beef quality.

  • Excellent beef quality
  • Efficient grazers
  • Docile & easy to handle
  • Hybrid vigor
Highpark CattleCattle

Highpark Cattle

Highpark cattle are a striking composite breed developed by crossing Highland cattle with Park cattle. The result is an animal that carries the shaggy, horned beauty of the Highland with improved muscling and a slightly more refined frame. They are rare, eye-catching, and perfectly suited to a ranch that values both heritage and uniqueness.

  • Rare heritage composite
  • Striking appearance
  • Hardy constitution
  • Excellent foragers
British White CattleCattle

British White Cattle

One of Britain's oldest native breeds, British White cattle are distinguished by their clean white coats and striking black points on their ears, nose, feet, and tail. They are polled (naturally hornless), making them easy to handle, and are known for their exceptional maternal instincts and longevity.

  • Naturally polled
  • Striking white with black points
  • Strong maternal instincts
  • Long-lived & productive
Valais Blacknose SheepSheep

Valais Blacknose Sheep

Often called the world's cutest sheep, the Valais Blacknose originates from the Valais region of Switzerland. Their distinctive black faces, ears, knees, and feet contrast beautifully with their thick, curly white fleece. At Hope Springs Ranch, our Valais sheep are calm, friendly, and utterly photogenic.  Available for photography shoots as well.

  • Iconic black-and-white markings
  • Fine curly fleece
  • Calm & friendly
  • Dual-purpose breed
Pygora GoatsGoats

Pygora Goats

The Pygora is a uniquely American breed, developed by crossing the Pygmy goat with the Angora goat. Our Pygoras are full of personality, endlessly entertaining, and produce beautiful fiber for handspinners and fiber artists. They are also wonderful companions and a hit with children.

  • Three fleece types
  • Small & manageable size
  • Playful personality
  • Great for fiber arts
TurkeysPoultry

Turkeys

Our heritage turkeys roam freely across the ranch, foraging and displaying their magnificent plumage. Unlike commercial breeds, heritage turkeys are active, intelligent birds that can fly, roost in trees, and live long, healthy lives. They are an important part of the ranch ecosystem — controlling insects and adding character to the landscape.
